WayGood Holé Molé Steak Rub
1 tbsp
Olive Oil or other
Cook Time: 3 hours
Directions
Cover beef on all sides with Holé Molé, adding additional salt to taste.
Heat a Dutch oven to high heat.
Add oil and sear meat on all sides.
Add wine and immediately seal with a sheet of tinfoil and the Dutch oven lid.
Bake in 325 ° oven for about 3 hours.
Shred with "Meat Claws"
