Crispy Skin Char with Coconut rub
1 tsp
Olive Oil or coconut
Directions
Generously salt skin side. Rub meat side with Pork Rub and shredded Coconut.
Sauté skin side down in oil on medium high heat until crisp (5 minutes)
Flip and cook another 5 minutes (medium) or until done to your liking.
Serve skin side up and optionaly with wasabi and kimchi
