Put the pork rub on ribs and let it sit for about a half an hour.
Curl the ribs up in a circle and place in the pressure cooker with apple juice. Cook on high for 25 minutes, and let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes.
Lay out cooked ribs on a baking pan and slather with barbecue sauce of choice

"I cooked up on the stove about 1.5c ketchup, maybe .5c apple juice, 2-3 T of the pork rub, a couple dashes of hot sauce, and then as it cooked I added in brown sugar to taste to get the amount of sweetness I wanted."
Place ribs under the broiler for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
